Our Story
Fine Art Print Studio was founded by John Anthony O'Neill in Oct 2003. John is a fully qualified, award winning professional photographer with more than 20 years experience. As an early adopter of digital printing (Giclee) technology he first started making museum quality archival prints in late 2001 and quickly became fascinated by the potential for this technology. John's background in the traditional black & white Darkroom, whilst different to the digital print process, provided a sound basis for understanding the intricacies of the fine art print making process. His expert knowledge of colour management, raster Image processing software (RIP's), combined with many years of experience using some of the worlds finest hand-made fine art papers, has placed him at the forefront of digital fine art print making in Ireland.

As a Certified Print Studio, clients can be assured that their work is undertaken to the highest International standards, using the finest pigment inks on archival, museum quality papers. Since launching the Fine Art Print Studio website, John is hoping to work on a collaborative basis with Photographers, Artists, Museums and other visual creatives to share his knowledge and provide an outstanding print service to his customers. Customers will find John approachable, friendly and professional in all aspects of Giclee print making.
